1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@sheyas.com. You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened beauty or cosmetic products.
5. Costs of Return
