General Conditions
To make a purchase at the Sheyas Price, the customer must subscribe to the Sheyas Membership on the terms outlined below. The customer must be at least 18 years of age and a resident within the European Union. Only one membership can be registered per customer. Business entities are not eligible for membership.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their account information is accurate and kept up to date at all times.
2. Membership Creation and Trial Period
The first time a customer makes a purchase at Sheyas Price, a membership will automatically be added to their shopping basket.
- The membership fee is 149 DKK per month (incl. VAT).
- The first 14 days are free of charge, as this period constitutes a trial period.
- No membership fee will be charged during the trial period.
- The first payment will be withdrawn 14 days after the account has been created, from the customer’s registered payment card.
- The monthly fee will thereafter be automatically withdrawn on the same time of day as the membership was originally created.
During the trial period, the customer may cancel the membership without incurring any charges.
3. Cancellation of Membership
The customer may cancel their membership at any time with immediate effect.
Cancellation may be carried out:
- By contacting us in writing at support@sheyas.com, or
- Through the customer’s account under “My Account” → “My Membership” using the “Cancel Membership” function.
Upon cancellation:
- If cancelled during the trial period, the account will become inactive immediately.
- If cancelled after the trial period, the account will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
- The customer is not entitled to a refund of the membership fee, either in full or in part.
A cancellation confirmation will appear in “My Account” → “My Membership”. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Sheyas if such confirmation does not appear.
4. Reactivation
If a customer reactivates their account after cancellation, the trial period will no longer apply.
5. Receipts and Documentation
Upon the first purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation containing membership details. Future receipts will be available under “My Account” once the customer logs into their profile.
6. Restrictions
Membership cannot be cancelled within the first 24 hours after account creation. After 24 hours, cancellation is possible at any time. Please note that if the membership is cancelled, the free trial period is considered used and cannot be reinstated.
7. Account Access and Passwords
If the customer forgets their password, a new password can be requested via the “Forgotten Password” function. If the new password is not received automatically, the customer must contact support@sheyas.com for assistance
