These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase made on Sheyas.com.
Hereafter referred to as “Sheyas.com” or “Sheyas”.
Sheyas.com offers a wide selection of goods, primarily beauty and personal care products.
All prices on Sheyas.com are in EUR including VAT and transaction fees, unless otherwise stated.
Membership (Sheyas Price)
To make a purchase at Sheyas Price, the customer must subscribe to a membership.
- The customer must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the European Union.
- Only one membership can be created per customer. Business entities are not eligible for membership.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that account information is always accurate and up to date.
When purchasing at Sheyas Price for the first time, a membership will automatically be added to the shopping basket. You can only buy one quantity from same product at sheyas price, next will be as normal price.
The withdrawal is scheduled at the same time of day as when the membership was created.
The membership fee is 149 DKK incl. VAT per month.
The first 14 days are free of charge (trial period).
After 14 days, the monthly fee will be automatically charged to the customer’s payment card.
Cancellation:
- Customers may cancel their membership at any time with immediate effect.
- Cancellations may be made via email at support@sheyas.com or through My Account → My Membership → Cancel Membership.
- If cancelled during the trial, the account is deactivated immediately.
- If cancelled after the trial, the account remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
If a customer reactivates their membership, the trial period does not apply again.
3. Prices, Payment & Orders
- You must be at least 18 years old to shop at Sheyas.com.
- Payments can be made by accepted credit or debit cards.
- We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. No card fees are charged.
- VAT is included in all prices.
- You can only buy one quantity from same product at sheyas price, next will be as normal price
- Technical errors, typos, out-of-stock items, supplier price changes, and adjustments to Danish VAT or taxes are reserved.
Payment processing: Payments are handled securely by our payment service provider.
Order confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with confirmation and details. Payment is only deducted when the order is shipped.
4. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service at support@sheyas.com.
5. Delivery
Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days.
Handling time: up to 24 hours.
Orders placed before 15:00 are typically shipped the same day.
Delivery is carried out by the transport company selected at checkout and delivered to the shipping address provided.
Shipping costs: Specified at checkout and vary depending on carrier and destination.
If a package is not picked up and returned to Sheyas, the customer will be charged for return costs. If reshipment is required, new shipping costs apply.
Delivery is considered complete once the goods are in the customer’s possession.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish law, starting from the day the goods are received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify Sheyas by email at support@sheyas.com within 14 days.
Customers then have 14 additional days to return the goods.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping and is responsible for the goods until they reach Sheyas.
Refunds:
Refunds (minus any reduction for diminished value) will be made using the original payment method within 14 days after Sheyas receives the returned goods or valid proof of shipment.
7. Defects and Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@sheyas.com. Depending on the situation, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction.
Sheyas will cover reasonable return costs if the complaint is valid. Always obtain proof of shipment.
